We had 8 guys stay here for an early spring golf trip. It had everything we needed. Great host, you will enjoy. – Dan L., stayed at 315 Country Ridge
This is a great home.
Home was very pretty and so were the views. Had a wonderful time. – Cathy H. stayed at 315 Country Ridge
My friends and i have been renting houses for golf trips for several years- this hose was voted “the best we’ve rented” in roughly ten years. The location is perfect, the layout of the house is great. The owners have paid attention to all the details- high quality electronics, grill, hot tubs. The pation and the landscape lighting are beautiful. All the details, down to the dinner bell, golf tee’s in the big glass jar and the night lights located in each bathroom. Honestly , I don’t normally write reviews. But this house and the owners were that good. We will be back. – Jay B., stayed at 315 Country Ridge
Outstanding House in a great location
Joe was extremely helpful and responsive. He has obviously put a lot of work into this space and it shows. The patio is a great place to stay and relax. The inside was comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely do this trip again. – Josh B., stayed in Cottage 21
Great space! The entire place has been thought out to the last detail.
What a great stay in this cozy cottage. Everything you could possibly need and more is provided. Owners are extremely attentive and helpful. Would gladly stay there again. -Tracey B., stayed in Cottage 22
The cabin is very nice and it sits right on a pond with a view of the golf course. Nice and quite, just wish we had been able to spend a couple more days enjoying it. – Gail K, stayed in Cottage 21
My husband and I made a last minute decision to spend a couple of nights celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary, and we had the good fortune to stumble upon the listing for Cottage 22. The accommodations were so comfortable and inviting. Even with the other cottages close by we felt as though we were alone sitting under the stars, listening to the babbling brook, warmed by the flames in the firepit. We enjoyed a round of golf during our stay, and even though my husband and I played terribly, the beauty of the course far overshadowed the ugliness of our game. The Sweeneys were such gracious hosts who were very responsive to our needs. We cannot wait to return to Cottage 22 at Old Kinderhook. – Rachel K.

This cottage was absolutely perfect! We loved the location. Couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay at Old Kinderhook! Thank you so much for sharing. – Amy E., stayed in Cottage 22
Had an outstanding time last week at Old Kinderhook and could not have asked for a better property to stay on our visit. The location and property is beautiful and you cannot go wrong with the fire pit, hot tub and view out back. The owners were very easy to work with and will definitely stay here again. Thanks again!! – Tony A., stayed in Cottage 21
Perfect location and property on a beautiful golf course!
We stay at or around the lake a lot, and this was the most beautiful, well-appointed spot we have ever stayed! Clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities you need. The hot tub and fire pit were perfect for the fall. The cottage was set back from the others and the patio was facing the golf course, so it was very private (except for a few golfers during the day). When you visit, don’t miss hiking Ha Ha Tonka State Park and touring Bridal Cave. They are both within 15 minutes and are can’t miss spots! We will be staying at this cabin again! – Corie D., stayed in Cottage 22
This cottage, by far, had the best location out of all of the cottages at Old Kinderhook. There was a babbling brook, a pond, and rolling hills right out our back door. The first night was suprisingly in the high 60’s so we were able to enjoy the hot tub and fire pit. Everything about the cottage was wonderful….fluffy sheets, extremely comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, and updated bathroom and kitchen. The TV remote control was dead, and the housekeeper immediately came and brought us new batteries. This was a fantastic family vacation! – Sue L., stayed in Cottage 22
Felt like we were in Breckenridge!
We arrived on a Wednesday in late March. The area was sparsely populated as it was pretty early in the season. The cabin was clean, warm, and provided some fun amenities. The hot tub was a nice addition. We has a lovely fire in the fire place. All the kitchen items needed were avaliable. Old Kinderhook is a lovely vecation resort. The restaurant was fantastic. Try the pork chops. AWESOME! We are not avid golfers and I was enduring a back injury but that is fine. We played board games in the cabin. We took the short drive to Ha Ha Tonka State Park and hiked several of the trails. There is a great variety of trails there. Joe was extremely responsive and super helpful. I would recommend this cabin to anyone! Thanks for the great accommodations, Joe! – Rob H., stayed in Cottage 22
